Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 50% of the rate card for the entire booked duration and 100% of any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Spread Group. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled start will be charged 100% of the reserved time, equipment, and/or personnel services, along with 100% of any out-of-pocket expenses.
Proposals and Estimates Proposals or estimates provided by Spread Group Solutions LLC are solely estimates based on the information available at the time of preparation. Actual project costs may vary depending on the final approved project specifications and hours involved. Any additional costs exceeding 20% of the proposed estimate will require approval from an authorized representative of Spread Group Solutions LLC.
Payment Terms Full payment or a down payment will be required before a project begins or an order is placed. The remaining amount, including any overage, will be due upon production start or project completion, as determined by the project manager. For projects extending over three months, work will be billed on a monthly basis.
Order Placement Replying to any proposal by email with corrections or approval, or making corrections by phone or text, constitutes placing an order for the content of the proposal. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions and terms of service of Spread Group Solutions LLC. Approval of a proposal signifies acceptance of the material as presented, including spelling and content accuracy.
Color Matching Spread Group Solutions LLC does not guarantee color matching in any materials ordered. All artwork or proposals remain the intellectual property of Spread Group Solutions LLC, with all rights reserved.
Confidentiality All information contained in proposals or other documents provided to the client is the specific property of Spread Group Solutions LLC unless otherwise noted. It is confidential and provided to the client for a limited purpose. No part of any document or information concerning it may be copied, transmitted, exhibited, furnished, or described to others without consent from Spread Group Solutions LLC.
Liability and Legal Compliance Spread Group Solutions LLC accepts no liability for the use of any materials provided or submitted by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring free and clear title for the use of all provided materials and obtaining necessary talent releases. The client agrees to reimburse Spread Group Solutions LLC for legal fees incurred due to infringement of copyright or trademark.
Client Publicity Spread Group Solutions LLC reserves the right to use the client’s name and works created for the client in its marketing efforts unless otherwise notified in writing.
Force Majeure All agreements with Spread Group Solutions LLC are subject to events beyond our control, including strikes, accidents, weather, acts of God, or delays.
